About

[±] i-XPM – Global Markets Forecasts is a collective of independent analysts dedicated to delivering accurate and forward-looking market forecasts for professional decision-makers.

Our coverage spans Currencies, Commodities, Fixed Income, Equities, and Indices. We employ a proprietary forecasting methodology developed over decades through research, market observation, and prior advisory engagements with a select group of Tier 1 banks and private investors. Originally created by our lead researcher while part of a now-disbanded team, the methodology was first tested in that environment and has since been refined through continued independent development.

Across the periods analysed, our forecasts have consistently achieved an accuracy rate of 70% to 80% — or higher —, setting us apart within the global financial forecasting landscape.

Users may follow our reference targets or define their own bespoke thresholds, for which we provide tailored assessments. Access is offered via an automatically renewing annual subscription, designed to support both passive tracking and active decision-making.

Our methodology does not respond to short-term market noise. Instead, it identifies underlying behavioural structures, economic signals, and narratives shifts that shape asset prices and drive market makers over time — offering a strategic lens through which to anticipate, rather than react to, market change.

The name derives from the fundamental principles of the forecasting methodology, expressed as X-Plus-Minus (XPM). This denotes the objective of determining whether a value “X”, either above (“Plus”) or below (“Minus”) the release value, will be attained.

Now in its third iteration of research and development, the methodology was initially established as a department within a larger forecasting team (Stage a, referred to internally as “Ja-Nein Fragen”). It subsequently became independent in 2012 (Stage e, referred to as “TheForecastsBook”). Following a period of suspension and subsequent reformulation, the methodology entered its third phase in 2022 (Stage i), hence the designation i-XPM.
