While our system currently demonstrates a hit ratio of 92% year-to-date, we are fully aware that this figure is unusually high. We attribute this partly to the system’s responsiveness to the present market volatility—and perhaps a measure of favourable conditions. The goal of every forecast is, of course, to be accurate, but we always expect a realistic performance range of 70–80% on average over the longer term. In more stable or less directional markets, hit ratios may naturally decrease.

We view the actual value as an exceptional but likely temporary peak—helpful for clients, but not a promise.
